As a Trust, we are committed to providing high quality education for all the children within our schools through collaboration, challenge and targeted support. Our pledge is to ensure that every student in a BDAT academy receives a happy high quality education, enabling his or her competence, confidence and character to thrive. Together we aim to teach and develop the students of today to become lifelong learners tomorrow and beyond.

“My time as an NQT within BDAT has been an enjoyable learning experience. I would recommend working in a BDAT school because the school-to-school support has been invaluable. I have learnt so much from visiting other schools and observing outstanding practitioners”
