Early Careers Framework

Early Careers Framework

BDAT is pleased to be a delivery partner for the new Early Careers Framework (ECF) which will roll out early in Bradford from September 2020. This exciting new programme provides a two year framework for teachers in the first two years of their career to access extra support, mentoring and the very latest training materials to ensure you can hit the ground running as you start to teach. It is completely free for you as a new teacher.

Why is this so important?

Teaching is a demanding but rewarding career and we want to make sure you are supported to be the best possible teacher you can be for the students in our Trust. This framework offers you additional opportunities to develop your expertise, improve your wellbeing and job satisfaction. This support is in addition to what you would normally get if you embarked on a standard NQT programme.

BDAT has committed to being amongst the first providers to roll out the ECF, working with Ambition Institute nationally and alongside Dixons Teaching Institute in Bradford. To find out more visit https://www.ambition.org.uk/programmes/early-career-teachers/develop-your-staff/

To find out more about how you can work with BDAT and our ECF offer email faculty@bdat-academies.org.
