“Bradford Forster Academy take part in the BDAT Be There performance at St George’s Hall”

On Tuesday 30th January, Bradford Forster Academy took 22 students to perform in the annual performance with other schools in the BDAT Trust. The students had a long day rehearsing before performing a medley of songs from ‘Oliver!’ on the stage at St Georges Hall in Bradford to Year 7 students from the 5 schools who took part.

Students then performed again in the evening to family, friends, staff and Governors. It was a fantastic event and the students were all very professional and gave an amazing performance! Mrs Simpson & Miss Emery are incredibly proud of them! Well done to all who took part!

Emily Simpson, Progress Leader of Performing Arts at Bradford Forster Academy, said:

“We are so incredibly proud of all students who took part. The performance was wonderful, everyone worked so hard! We are looking forwards now to our end of year performance of ‘Oliver Junior the musical’, with Auditions starting in February. We hope to see as many students as possible at the auditions!”
