Safeguarding
BDAT considers the safeguarding of students in all of our academies as the highest priority in our organisation. BDAT is committed to ensuring that everyone working in our academies understands their safeguarding responsibilities.
Behaviour
BDAT recognises that the highest standards of behaviour are fundamental to achieving the best education for our students. All our academies have consistently high expectations of behaviour and conduct leading to a calm and educationally focused environment in which all students are prepared for learning and where their learning prepares them for life.
Attendance
BDAT regards excellent attendance as integral to the success of the students and thus the success of their academies. Each academy will have their own academy level attendance policy, please visit the academy’s website to access this. To find out more information from Bradford Local Authority, please visit Attendance | Bradford Council.
Complaints
The aim of this policy is to ensure that a concern or complaint by a parent/carer is managed sympathetically, efficiently, at the appropriate level, and is resolved as soon as possible. BDAT will try to resolve every concern or complaint in a positive way with the aim of resolving the issue in a transparent manner
