The Academy, which is located on Leeds Road in Idle and is part of Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust, is pleased to announce a year of excellent results achieved by its pupils, following two years of dedication to their studies.
Immanuel College achieved both strong academic and vocational outcomes. Impressively, 87% of A level grades awarded were A* to C which is 12% above the national average. In the vocational subjects, 73% of BTEC (and equivalent subject) grades were Distinction* to Distinction.
Subjects that saw particular success included psychology where 80% of pupils achieved A* to B grades, chemistry where 60% of pupils achieved A* to B grades, health and social care where 93% of pupils achieved Distinction* to Distinction and law where 88% of pupils achieved Distinction* to Distinction.
Many pupils are now looking forward to progressing onto their chosen universities, exciting apprenticeships and employment at leading organisations.
