As the cost-of-living crisis continues to impact families across the UK and with inflation at a 40-year high, the BDAT Board of Trustees felt it was important to review our current salary scales in comparison to the ‘Real Living Wage’ currently set at £9.90 per hour.
Following a Board meeting on 26th May, the Trust Board have now agreed that employees earning less than £9.90 per hour, the ‘Real Living Wage’, should have their hourly rate increased to this as a minimum.
