Belle Vue Girls’ Academy

Belle Vue Girls’ is a successful academy located West of the city centre.  Our motto is, “Educating the Women of Tomorrow” and we aim to ensure that all our students will thrive both within school, and in the challenging environments beyond school, whatever their ability or background.  With specialisms in Languages, Science & Maths, our curriculum is broad and aspirational, with a high percentage of students achieving the Ebacc.  We have a large and growing Sixth Form, where students can choose from a wide variety of pathways including both A levels and vocational courses.

Our Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural education is outstanding, both within and beyond the curriculum.  There is a varied programme of clubs and other enrichment activities, which students are encouraged to join after school to complement their learning.  Our international activities encompass the whole school, and we have partner schools in China, The Gambia, and several European countries.  We have held the International School Award since 2005. With our highest ever results at GCSE this year, and being in the top 4 for Progress 8 in Bradford, we look forward to another very successful year.
